It Starts with Design
Our founder, Victor S. Noda, started his own firm while attending California Polytechnic University Pomona. At the age of 19, he produced blueprints for Type V Residential Buildings that were stamped and signed by the local structural engineer for permitting. After working his way through college he was hired by Dynamic Builders, Inc. (Commercial) and RGM Architecture and Planning (Residential).
